Travel Conditions

Only Buscovery Tours may appeal to the absence of this form.
Buscovery Tours reserves the right to cancel the trip without being held liable for the cancellation, if:
1. the minimum number of participants has not been reached
2. irregularities occur at the border crossing to the neighboring countries.
Buscovery Tours shall notify the traveler of such cancellation, at the latest 3 days prior to departure of the trip and shall refund all received funds to the traveler.
Buscovery Tours reserves the right to make changes in the travel program due to unforeseen circumstances.
The published cost of the trip applies per person unless indicated otherwise.
The traveler shall, prior to signing the travel agreement and the execution thereof, submit all necessary information regarding himself or other travelers,to the booking office.
The person entering into an agreement for or on behalf of another party, is severally liable for all obligations resulting from the agreement. The (other) traveler(s) is (are) liable for his (their) own part.
